The standard of finish required by the client, and indeed the interior designer and architect, was extremely high and these finishes were achieved by Elston, who performed extremely well. The work was carried out to the very high standard expected and was completed within time and budget restraints.
Elston’s site and head office team were excellent. They were considerate to the neighbours and planned work schedules to accommodate the adjoining owners’ reasonable requests. Their surveyor worked closely with the quantity surveyor and all costs were closely monitored and agreed as work progressed.
It was a pleasure to work with a company who not only produced the very high standard of work required, but were always willing and ready to discuss both constructional and financial matters in a sensible and harmonious way.
