As we are a family with school-aged children and a dog, it was essential that the Elston team adjusted their work schedule to allow us to come and go as we needed, to maintain some normality in our daily lives. Their work was of the highest standard and completed to world-class levels of quality. More importantly, the team led by Keith and Lee were always responsive, available and professional in dealing with us and all of their subcontractors. Never rude, always listened to all points of view and were accommodating to all involved.
It is such a joy to work with a team with these attributes and I would use them for any other project that comes along.
