Greenoaks is a mock-Tudor new-build construction sited on land with a considerable slope. To accommodate that steep gradient, it was cleverly designed as a two-storey property to front and four storeys to the rear, complete with bronze casement, oak-framed windows to every façade. Internal features included air conditioning throughout, a 15-metre swimming pool with stone floor, recessed starlight ceiling and stunning wall-to-wall bronze light feature. On the lower ground floor there’s a cinema room with bar, a gym, en suite bedroom and utility area. Stone and timber flooring feature throughout the ground floor, accessed via a two-storey hand-carved oak staircase. The library and dining room both have bespoke working fireplaces and the linen-fold oak-panelled library was hand-finished. The first and second floors feature a large playroom, family bathroom, four bedrooms and a master suite with his-and-hers dressing rooms with bespoke joinery and stone and marble bathroom, complete with steam shower.
